Dr. Bournoutian is Professor of East European and Middle Eastern Studies at Iona, College, New York, and is the author or translator of numerous books.

Dr. Bournoutian will discuss the role of the Armenian Church in South Asia, with special emphasis on the Armenian communities of India, China, and Singapore. The lecture will be illustrated with slides taken by Dr.
Bournoutian on his many visits to those communities.
